Service Description

Let’s start our weekend and move through the next few days feeling refreshed. This gentle flow yoga class brings you into a wake up and ready to move in a more gentle approach. Join me each Saturday morning for a full experience movement class incorporating gentle yoga movement, stretching, mindfulness, pranayama and more! We start off each class with a mindful body awareness scan to digest our week and reflect. Moving through a pranayama practice to connect with our breath and awaken our spirit and vital force. We then move through a warm-up to prepare the body and mind for our intentional practice then end class with a cool down and savasana experience. Mudras and other practices may be incorporated. Class cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to class, no refunds. Payments can be transferred to another class within 30 days
